Play.

Music. In the sand. On the playground. At coffee break. On a mountain. In a puddle.
Wherever or whatever it is, let your inner child out to play.
Children are born experts in play. It’s how they explore and make sense of their world. For most of us, as we age, we lose touch with this very natural process as responsibilities tie us down and stress begins to dominate. I say, don’t let stress get it’s way! This can be as easy as:
- dancing your fingers on the steering wheel
- skipping down your hallway (bonus points if someone can see you!)
- having a board game night with friends and family
So, I invite you to let that inner child out! See what impact play has on your day. Then tell someone. Tell me, tell everybody!
