PLEASE NOTE: classes may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to start date if there is not enough enrollment to provide a meaningful Music Together®class experience, so early registration is recommended and appreciated.
My experience has been positive and enlightening as I had little knowledge how much music plays as important role on child development. Roxy has shown her professionalism as a business owner but more over is her ability to connect with and inspire my 3 kids as well as the children I provide care for. ~ Stacey, parent & child care provider.
Tuition Fees
- $135 per child (including registration)
- $65 for siblings
- FREE for siblings under 6 months (as of the first day of class)
- FREE for parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, grandparents, nannies, caregivers
A $50 non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm and reserve your spot. The remaining tuition balance is due on the first day of classes*, payable by cash or cheque. Cheques are payable to Roxy Roth and can be mailed to: Box 420 - Canoe, BC V0E 1K0
*Payment plans, with post-dated cheques, available by request.
Tuition Includes...
- learning musical skills through songs, chants, play, movement, dance and child-friendly instruments
- weekly 45 min classes over 10 weeks

- mixed age class of 6-10 families
- two CD's (one for home, one for the car)
illustrated song book with words, melody, chords and activity ideas- parent educational DVD
- educational resources via email (ie. newsletters, research articles)
- new song collections each semester, rotating over 4 years (9 collections total)
- learning musical skills--through songs, chants, play, movement, dance, and instruments
Class Schedule
Important Registration Information
- A $50.00 non-refundable payment is due to RSVP a spot for you and your child.
- REFUND POLICY A refund, minus the non-refundable $50.00, is available before the second day of classes ONLY. No refunds are available after materials have been opened or after the first day of classes. However, credit toward future classes may be issued in exceptional circumstances.
- Class confirmation letters will be sent via email. If you do not receive a confirmation within one week of submitting your registration, please call us at 250-515-2966
- Class availability is subject to sufficient enrollment.
- Missed classes will not be refunded.
Important Class Information
For your health and safety, please note the following courtesies in our classroom:
- Please do not bring your child to class if he/she is sick.
- Please WASH HANDS BEFORE AND AFTER CLASS, or use my natural thyme-based hand sanitizer (Clean Well*) on you and your child, to minimize transmission of germs through the instruments.
- Put MOUTHED INSTRUMENTS IN "WET BUCKET" for disinfecting after class*
- WASH HANDS AFTER contact with with mouths, ears and noses and after diapering.
- USE TISSUES (no cloth hankies please) if you or your child need to cough or sneeze; and throw them away immediately rather than puttingthem in your pocket. Older children can be taught to sneeze into their arm if a sneeze catches them by surprise.
- Please avoid food and drinks in the teaching space, unless spill proof, to accomodate families that may have allergies.
- We recommend wearing comfortable clothes to move in and grippy socks/slippers for your child in order to prevent injury. li>
- All adults are expected to intervene immediately to prevent or stop unsafe activities. For example: running, throwing, wrestling, jumping over children. Please help by re-directing children back to musical behaviors.
- Listen to the music at home - be sure the child hears it regularly for their optimal learning.
*Cleanwell (suitable for hands) and Benefect Botanical disinfectant (for hard surfaces) are safe for use around children, pets and the chemically sensitive. They are a bacteriacide and virucide. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) lists Benefect Disinfectant as an antimicrobial product registered for use against influenza A Virus (including the H1N1 strain) on hard surfaces. Both of these products are available locally at Pharmasave or Samson Soaps, respectively.
